The Dimlux CO2 Regulator for DimLux Maxi Controller fits onto a CO2 cylinder, utilising a solenoid valve to distribute the gas as required. It is powered directly from the CO2 sensor, dosing according to users’ exact specifications in parts per million, ensuring the perfect levels are maintained in the grow area at all times.

The Co2 Regulator is part of the Dimlux Maxi Controller system, working in conjunction with the separately available Dimlux CO2 Sensor. The Sensor gathers information on the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere around your plants and feeds it back to the Dimlux Maxi Controller. From there you can decide on your ideal ppm level (we suggest around 1200ppm). The CO2 regulator will then administer CO2 whenever the levels in the grow area drop below those specified in the settings. This is a far more precise method of distributing CO2 than simply dosing according to the size of the room, which is fairly common. Though there’s nothing wrong with doing it that way, it is of course, always better to be as precise as possible – CO2 can actually become toxic at high concentrations, so getting it wrong can be detrimental to your plants. The Dimlux system is accurate enough to maintain full control at all times.
